A recently period, the printing market are having more and more competition, every company are all using the low cost oil based ink to decrease their cost price, that so can acquire the advantage of the market. Because using the oil based ink will have many kind print head clog problem, specially in the color of color magenta, Black and Cyan, the clog problem are more usual, and the plotter haven¡¯t got a good auto cleaning process, and after print head get clog, and because not correctly cleaning the print head and get permanence damage usually happened, since the print head get clog and damage happened very often, virtually the cost have increase little by little. In our report £¬ there are over 10 thousand of plotter, every plotter have to change 2-3 damaged clogged print head every month, every print head cost RMB3000 each, in one year they have lost more then RMB10,000/year, so that is a really big expense that large print format company lost ¡£ For the situation above, our company have create the XAAR 128 print head cleaner for maintain the print head, and make the life of print head longer and longer to decrease the high cost every year for large format printer user might have.
3.Configuration
This system are mainly made by power module, FPGA editable logic array, out put driver and out put circuit,LED digital display , beeper , Print head connector....etc.
Before using the impregnate with cleaning fluid is very difficult tomakethe print head unclog, and there are some who use ultrasonic cleaner cleaning the print head cause permanent damage.

Application
This product are make for piezo 128 print head cleaning processing, usually it can be clean in a few minute and back to work again like usual before it was. To make period of cleaning process to print head is very important, because this can make the life of print head much longer, and decrease the waste clog time, and to accord the low cost.
Every kind of large or small format plotter that use Xaar 128 print head all can use the Xaar print head cleaner. Now it is adapt for Xaar Jet, MIT INKJET......etc.
7.Manual
1 ♦ In the power off situation connect the print head and Xaar 128 print head cleaner with the connector.(notice the print head connector and Xaar128 print head cleaner have to put in the correctly position)
2 ♦ Use 50ml syringe to inhale the cleaning fluid and use the provide oil tube to connect the inlet of print head and put into the container;
3 ♦ The cleaning fluid is 10-20cm deep in container(the front part of print head have to be inside of the cleaning fluid) ¡£
4 ♦ Turn on the power of Xaar128 print head cleaner (in the meantime you can hear a little noise)the push the syringe slowly and carefully £¬
5 ♦ In this time you have to check the clean situation of cleaning fluid,if you have found dirty or something, you have to change the cleaning fluid and then clean the print head again till the print head are all unclog.
6 ♦ Cut the power off, and disconnect the connector.
Attention ! You must take the print off when the power cut off, or it will damage the print head. During the operation please keep away from the flammability . |
